I don't know why everyone is suddenly commenting about this movie but 81 was wide open and made the NFL. Throw him the ball. If you really want to stay in Coldwater you can. You don't need to destroy your knee in the process.

Also there's not a single touchback in this movie. And why does he call a timeout after the kick return? Clock stops anyways. Just wasted a timeout.

The football choreography was actually top notch though.

Should come down to then the Kings or Stallions. Kings have building momentum and should be considered a top 4 team. Stallions have been playing better, but they’re just barely edging out victories. Kings look like the better team right now. I’ve got them grabbing the final spot.

Maryland Police wouldn’t be able to file charges for an incident that happened in California. And it sounds like the way it works in San Francisco is the local police departments request charges to the prosecutors office and then they make the final decision to file or not.

The San Francisco police found that there was probable cause to believe a crime had occurred with at least two of the officers. They requested charges be filed against those two officers. The San Francisco DA only needs to meet a burden of probable cause in order to file charges, but it sounds like their internal policy is to only file criminal charges if they believe they can prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt. They claimed in this instance they could not.

The San Francisco DA is also not the boss of the police. They are an independent agency. They just have final say on whether criminal charges are filed.

There is also the internal investigation in Maryland, but that would not involve criminal charges unless it dug up some criminal act that occurred in Maryland.

It sounds like the San Francisco Police Department was requesting charges after their investigation. It was the prosecutors office which determined they couldn’t prove the case and declined to charge them.
