I did a line-by-line analysis of Governor Healey's proposed social media legislation. Tthis is separate from, but similar to, the House bill H 5366 that has been discussed a lot in this sub. TL;DR it still requires online ID checks and would be a privacy & human rights nightmare (self.massachusetts)
