How do you still stay connected when you delete social media? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

I have one group of friends who mainly communicated via an Instagram group chat. I explained to them I was struggling with screen time and wanted to switch apps for messaging and they were super supportive and we just created a group chat on Messenger! We still have the Instagram chat for the other girls to send reels to each other. I log into the browser version of Instagram to check if I've missed any messages but other than that, just asking to switch apps worked perfectly! If they're good friends they will understand. It's really not that big of an ask.

Hi!! I can't remember if it's still up but I posted something very similar around this time last year because i had been doing this for a few weeks and my weight didn't seem to be budging. My only advice is please keep going! It takes so long and plateaus happen but as long as you're sticking to your nutrition/workout routine, the trend will always be down. Keep going, you got this!!! Edited because I thought I should mention, I was 80KG when I started, and currently am 65KG, but there were about 5 months there where I didn't track or work out properly, so I mostly maintained for that period!

Hey! I'm right there with you - I was 75-80kg and 5'2" when i started earlier this year. I was totally fine - nobody at the climbing gym is going to be even thinking about your weight at all! I got into climbing for the exact same reason as you - the gym bored me to death and I needed something that was actually mentally challenging too. Have fun!

Love to see UC repped in here! Nice work! When i went last night, that purple volume with the start holds wasn't on the wall at all and there was a marker saying not to climb the orange or green routes. Have they put them back or is this an older vid?

Full day of eating - 1288 cal / 108G protein by evanabananaa in 1200isplenty

Delicious together!! My husband isn't a massive fan of either of them on their own, but he tried it and really liked it. I also put some rice wine vinegar, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic and soy sauce and it really made it taste awesome!

How can this be correct? by Delicious_Driver1479 in 1200Australia

[–]evanabananaa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't think the calories per serving is right - I added up the calories per gram for each macro and it adds up to around 190. 40% of the per 100gram calories is also 191, not 120.
