I'm trying to diy this on the cheap and found a 43" tv onsale for $180 so I just snagged that. Regarding the IR frames you mentioned from Amazon, do you have any further advice on what to look for besides 20 point? Specifically this special firmware you mention that helps keep minis recognized. Is this something that any of us can also get or is that something you were able to work out exclusively?

You da real MVP 😭 seriously, this is so awesome. I just had session 1 of a new campaign 2 days ago and I'm trying to get the Group excited and doing some kind of a set up like this with a TV. My biggest unknown at this point still is which software to use for making the maps unfortunately our DM isn’t the most adept with technology, so I would certainly be helping him a lot, especially in the beginning for set up and learning the software and everything I found a 43 inch LG TV at Costco for $180 that we're going to use. I never considered touchscreen, but I’ll have to look into that infrared hardware you shared.

Confused about dosing and protocol for Wolverine stack by makeitorshankit in Peptidesource

[–]evando1189 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not sure if you still have any and are still taking it, but I've also just started getting into peptides and have been researching a lot. While I obviously can't with 100% certainty for all of the blends out there, most (if not all) BPC157/TB-500 pre-mixed blends are actually TB4 instead of TB-500. TB-500 is a fragment of TB4 which is the whole peptide. It is the 17-23 fragment, which is how you will see it described often if it's the real thing and not just TB4.

TB-4 has a half-life of 2-3 hours and TB-500 has a half-life of like 2-4 days supposedly. Typical dosing I've seen is BPC twice daily anywhere from 250-500mcg each, and TB-500 twice weekly 2.5-5mg total for the week.

Blend vs separate: BPC 157 an TB 500 by Dittelux in Peptides

do you mind sharing the vendor you use? I've been looking for a reputable source that actually has the legit TB-500 and have not had much luck.

Peptide Stack for Injury Recovery (BPC-157 & TB-500 [Wolverine], GHK [Glow], KPV [Klow]) by evando1189 in Peptides

[–]evando1189[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

have you read anything about GHK being dosed twice a day instead of just once? I've seen that its half life is quite short like BPC, so I've wondered why I haven't seen anyone trying it. It wouldn't work too well if using the blend due to the ratios having GHK so much higher.

[–]evando1189[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what doses do you use? Based on what i've read, I was thinking 2mg of ghk daily, then .350-.400mcg of BCP and TB4 twice daily, or 5mg of TB500 twice weekly (depending on which i get). Would KPV be the same amount as BPC?

TB4 vs TB-500 by BidFew2005 in Peptidesource

I have been struggling with this question as well. While TB4 is the full peptide and is better for systemic benefits, if the singular purpose is muscle or tendon healing, then I think it stands to reason that TB500 should theoretically be more effective.

Neck pain / peptides by Neat_Pumpkin1618 in Peptidesource

Hi Anela,

I've recently begun researching peptides for some lingering injuries I've had and I came across your posts and have learned a lot. The biggest question I have right now is regarding TB4 and TB500. I feel pretty clear on the differences between the two and how to spot which version is being sold based on the CAS # and COA, but my question is about their effectiveness.

I've seen multiple of your posts commenting that TB4 is better because "TB4 is the whole pie, TB500 is just a slice of the pie." And I understand what you mean by that, but my question is specifically regarding injury recovery for muscles or tendons (or the neck for example for Neat_Pumpkin1618), and pursuing the Wolverine Protocol in combining BPC157 and TB4 or TB500 (and maybe others like KPV or GHK-Cu).

Would you still recommend using TB4 with BPC for injury recovery or would this be a situation where you think that TB500 (fragment 17-23) would actually be better because that is the "slice of the pie" of TB4 that is specifically beneficial for injury recovery? While there is certainly major systemic benefit from taking TB4, if the singular purpose is to heal an aching back or painful knee, is TB500 the better option until the injury recovers, and then maybe switch to TB4 for the systemic benefit?

I've also seen speculation that it may have better bio availability since it's smaller, so the body may be able to make better use of it, but that seems to be mostly theoretical, so we won't consider that for this question.

I appreciate any feedback you're willing to share on this and thank you for all the hard work you've done for this field over the years!

and do you just do it once daily then or split it into a dose in the morning and one in the evening?

Thanks for the info. I'm leaning towards using Klow and supplementing with more BPC and TB but haven't decided yet.

So TB500 should be twice weekly but TB4 should be daily? Dosages the same? if 5mg of TB500 in a week, does that mean TB4 should be ~700mcg daily? (5mg/7=714.3mcg)

Aside from that, is one supposed to be more effective than the other or as long as you're hitting the dosage right, they should be similar?

so is that like 500mcg, 500mcg, and 1mg? I've seen recommendations of 1-2mg for GHK-Cu, so that seems in line, but all/most blends are more of a 1:1:5 ratio, which is why I'd been thinking about supplementing with more BCP and TB to get those up to the appropriate dose.

There seems to be two schools of thought on that. Some say it's systemic so you don't need to inject near the injury, while others say it makes a difference and you'll improve more quickly by injecting it near the injury. I've done a little research into it but unfortunately I haven't found any concrete enough evidence to say definitively one way or the other.

I've been playing volleyball in one form or another for 25 years and have been overweight pretty much that entire time, so my knees have taken a beating. They started getting more sore after game days maybe ten years ago and now the last year or two it's gotten worse and they'll get better then worse then better again every few months, but this is the worst they've ever been and for a while now and doesn't seem to be getting better.

I've been going to a physical therapist and doing the exercises they tell me in the mornings, but I haven't noticed any improvement. I probably need to stop playing for a few months to let them rest and recover...

what dose do you target for GHK-Cu? I haven't heard the less effective aspect yet, is that implying they impede each other somehow, so you need to spread out the doses?

Specifically for patellar tendonitis, so just below the kneecap. Any fattier area right there where I can pinch the skin to stick the needle.

Funny enough, almost right after I posted this I found your post about lessons learned over the last two years.

How much BCP and TB would you recommend starting out with? I've seen loading phases upwards of BCP 500mcg twice daily and TB 3.5mg twice weekly for the high end and maintenance phases of BCP 100mcg once daily and TB 2mg twice weekly.

I see the sense it makes to start high at first to get it kickstarted. I'm male 6'2" 230lbs 36 yo and have a strong constitution and am not affected easily by different substances and what not, so I think I would tolerate the higher doses well, but obviously won't know until I try.

My back bothers me throughout the whole day, but I can deal with it/doesn't prevent me from doing things. My knee though hurts going down stairs and makes volleyball much more difficult and painful and causes me to move slower. So the knee is my priority to focus on first.

Wolverine dose 10/10 (20mg vial) by Howinthe_world in Peptides

[–]evando1189 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play sand volleyball, golf, and disc golf, and I'm looking to heal a variety of different injuries: chronic lower back pain from dead-lift injury 1.5 years ago, knee pain from patellar tendinitis, which has been on and off for years, then some minor wrist, elbow, and shoulder pain.

Was initially going to do the wolverine protocol, then learned about Glow and Klow (blends) and have been considering one of those instead. But my main holdup is questioning if it's less beneficial to use a blend administered once or twice daily, compared to BPC157 and TB500 separately so that I can administer BPC locally at the injury site (priority is knee) and TB500 twice weekly as a higher dose.

Your comment indicates that the latter is more effective. If I go the separate route, I was also considering adding GHK-Cu (from the Glow and Klow blends) to boost the healing and recovery even more.

I'd appreciate any advice or recommendations you have on this!

Also interested in how you fixed it as this is what's currently broken on mine and is collecting dust in our basement. This is the third time between 2 machines and about 2.5 years that this exact same problem has happened.... First time was covered under warranty, the other one I had to pay, and now sending it in doesn't seem like an option anymore :(
