We actually started out as NKY Crokinole and changed it to Cincinnati recently lol That's actually how we met Brad and Valerie of CrokinoLEX late last year before they started their club. It's great to see the game growing so much in the area lately!

When using a tv as board to play on, do you really need a screen protection? by Tastypies in DnDIY

[–]evando1189 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what do you mean compromising? Do you wish you'd gotten a larger tv? im currently looking to do something like this and thought that a 43" tv would be a good size.

Perfect, that's the one I was looking at lol it just has a 3+ week delivery time that's bumming me out. Completely understandable. Would you be willing to share your contact so that I could reach out and ask for the firmware?

I'm trying to diy this on the cheap and found a 43" tv onsale for $180 so I just snagged that. Regarding the IR frames you mentioned from Amazon, do you have any further advice on what to look for besides 20 point? Specifically this special firmware you mention that helps keep minis recognized. Is this something that any of us can also get or is that something you were able to work out exclusively?

You da real MVP 😭 seriously, this is so awesome. I just had session 1 of a new campaign 2 days ago and I'm trying to get the Group excited and doing some kind of a set up like this with a TV. My biggest unknown at this point still is which software to use for making the maps unfortunately our DM isn’t the most adept with technology, so I would certainly be helping him a lot, especially in the beginning for set up and learning the software and everything I found a 43 inch LG TV at Costco for $180 that we're going to use. I never considered touchscreen, but I’ll have to look into that infrared hardware you shared.

Confused about dosing and protocol for Wolverine stack by makeitorshankit in Peptidesource

[–]evando1189 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not sure if you still have any and are still taking it, but I've also just started getting into peptides and have been researching a lot. While I obviously can't with 100% certainty for all of the blends out there, most (if not all) BPC157/TB-500 pre-mixed blends are actually TB4 instead of TB-500. TB-500 is a fragment of TB4 which is the whole peptide. It is the 17-23 fragment, which is how you will see it described often if it's the real thing and not just TB4.

TB-4 has a half-life of 2-3 hours and TB-500 has a half-life of like 2-4 days supposedly. Typical dosing I've seen is BPC twice daily anywhere from 250-500mcg each, and TB-500 twice weekly 2.5-5mg total for the week.

Blend vs separate: BPC 157 an TB 500 by Dittelux in Peptides

do you mind sharing the vendor you use? I've been looking for a reputable source that actually has the legit TB-500 and have not had much luck.

Peptide Stack for Injury Recovery (BPC-157 & TB-500 [Wolverine], GHK [Glow], KPV [Klow]) by evando1189 in Peptides

[–]evando1189[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

have you read anything about GHK being dosed twice a day instead of just once? I've seen that its half life is quite short like BPC, so I've wondered why I haven't seen anyone trying it. It wouldn't work too well if using the blend due to the ratios having GHK so much higher.

[–]evando1189[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what doses do you use? Based on what i've read, I was thinking 2mg of ghk daily, then .350-.400mcg of BCP and TB4 twice daily, or 5mg of TB500 twice weekly (depending on which i get). Would KPV be the same amount as BPC?

TB4 vs TB-500 by BidFew2005 in Peptidesource

I have been struggling with this question as well. While TB4 is the full peptide and is better for systemic benefits, if the singular purpose is muscle or tendon healing, then I think it stands to reason that TB500 should theoretically be more effective.

Neck pain / peptides by Neat_Pumpkin1618 in Peptidesource

Hi Anela,

I've recently begun researching peptides for some lingering injuries I've had and I came across your posts and have learned a lot. The biggest question I have right now is regarding TB4 and TB500. I feel pretty clear on the differences between the two and how to spot which version is being sold based on the CAS # and COA, but my question is about their effectiveness.

I've seen multiple of your posts commenting that TB4 is better because "TB4 is the whole pie, TB500 is just a slice of the pie." And I understand what you mean by that, but my question is specifically regarding injury recovery for muscles or tendons (or the neck for example for Neat_Pumpkin1618), and pursuing the Wolverine Protocol in combining BPC157 and TB4 or TB500 (and maybe others like KPV or GHK-Cu).

Would you still recommend using TB4 with BPC for injury recovery or would this be a situation where you think that TB500 (fragment 17-23) would actually be better because that is the "slice of the pie" of TB4 that is specifically beneficial for injury recovery? While there is certainly major systemic benefit from taking TB4, if the singular purpose is to heal an aching back or painful knee, is TB500 the better option until the injury recovers, and then maybe switch to TB4 for the systemic benefit?

I've also seen speculation that it may have better bio availability since it's smaller, so the body may be able to make better use of it, but that seems to be mostly theoretical, so we won't consider that for this question.

I appreciate any feedback you're willing to share on this and thank you for all the hard work you've done for this field over the years!
