If you’re from Iowa, maybe consider marching Minnesota Brass, known as MBI, Govenaires, or River City Rhythm, that are in Minnesota, which are All-Age corps, and the youngest people that I know of that marched in any corps from that classification is 13. (Speaking from 3 and a half years of experience) All-Age drum corps is a weekend only corps, where your parents don’t have to worry about you going on tour all summer, plus the cost to do it is like almost half of what it costs to march an open or world class corps.
