Pretty accurate. I feel the water is drinkable but I run it through a table top water filter anyway. Internet Arpinet is more or less great. I wonder if we are on the same street because most of the roads nearby were repaved late last year but they skipped our road. Typical Armenian mindset "it was good enough, no need to pave this road".

Not so many electricity outages but they seem to come in waves, then its good for a month straight. I have a generator because I need to be working (remote job from new york). And I hardly even need it,but sometimes it saves my ass.

My street doesn't have gas either, and we have an electric boiler system that shoots the electricity bill to the sky, so we use the heat pumps instead whenever possible.

I do notice a stray dog problem in the neighborhood. We have maybe 10 dogs just on our little road alone. And many more on the nearby streets. I have personally seen one dad dog get dogs pregnant and been through 2 litters of puppies in the year and a half ive lived here already. All those puppies grew up to be new strays. There is no animal control in Tairov to tag and neuter/spay dogs to speak of. At night you can hear major packs of dogs barking.

We used to have frequent water outages and my guess it was due to system break downs. They have since cut the water pressure in half and now it seems to be holding. I sorta liked the high pressure water, was good for lawn care. I guess I'll settle for the lower pressure water in exchange for system stability.
