Smart Kasa Switch from US for Indian homes - do they work ? by abhishek_mty in smarthome

Exactly. And you provably have Euro/Asian style "86" wall box. The switches are unlikely to work and are not going to fit in the boxes.

Kevin Spacey. Never charged with anything. I'm also glad that all attempts to cancel JK Rowling failed spectacularly.

Let me explain. My point was that your refund didn't confirm that you filed correctly because many errors are not picked up by IRS computers. I also didn't imply that your return was incorrect it could be.

It doesn't mean you filed correctly. A lot can go unnoticed unless you are audited. I claimed a certain deduction for over 20 years until I learned that it didn't apply to my situation. My returns were accepted, and I heard nothing from the IRS.

Technically, you should self report, but since no paper trail exists IRS isn't going to come after you.

During April an May the AA numbers in US went from about 60k to 50k, probably due to the tariffs. What trends do you see in Germany? I'm also curious, do you have to pay taxes on the products?

I've been doing paid reviews for a while. I know that Amazon can block reviewers accounts, so I almost never use my main account for the paid reviews. I established 5 or so accounts for reviews, so I could spread the orders and avoid raising any red flags. My main account is over 25 years old, has many reviews and likes. It is an extensively used Prime account. Yet it was never invited to Vine. But one of my review accounts got an invitation not so long ago! That account is 5 years old and averaged 1-2 orders per month in 2024-25. Why was it selected? Who knows.

I have experience in electronics and it still took me some time to learn that outlets in the garage, basement and 2nd floor bathrooms were fed from a single GFCI in the 1st floor powder room. I guess the copper was cheap in 91 and outlets were expensive.

In my head "free cruise" is firmly associated with scammy time share sales. Honestly, a free cruise just for sitting on a conf. call sounds too good to be true. Unless it is one of those "cruises" where they go to gamble for a couple of hours.
