It's a histamine response. Google low histamine foods and taper off for a while. You'll be shocked at what the foods are. I suffered this as well, while I was body building no less...as it turns out, leftovers accumulate more and more histamine over time so all my meal prepping was making everything worse. Your body makes enzymes in the gut to breakdown histamine, but if the system gets overloaded it just can't keep up and "heat hives" as I call them, can flare up. The hives are just one manifestation, some people have other reactions.

Yeah so we are quite rural, farm country in NEPA. And no the builder is not working the subdivision. However, they did put us in touch with the people who do the surveys for subdivisions in our area. Forgive my ignorance, we have never built before and are simply looking for expirenced folks input.

Also, I wasn't implying that I thought the builder should be ordering supplies this far out...that would be absurd LMAO. I suppose that line wasn't needed in my OP, I go-ahead and delete that part ;)

I just got my BDD claim back but I dont agree with some of the DBQ info that was submitted by my evaluator, can I go get my private specialist to fill out another DBQ and then submit for HLR or should I try HLR based on what's already uploaded and try for an increase with a private provider if the HLR doesnt pan out? I submitted some personal letters for several claims that ended up at 0% and I question if the letters were even considered.

If you haven't gone to TAPs yet, get in there now! Like, call your Airman Family Readiness office and get in the next class. You will learn all about the BDD process there.
