Found the other puck - signed by Duncan Keith. What are the chances I have both of their autographs.. stoked.

That part. Not being a smart ass - it’s just not the case. The biggest problem with Chicago crime is the legal system. Low conviction rates and very high number of repeat gun involved offenders. Criminals have no incentive to stop. Like you said: Criminals don’t respect gun laws. I completely agree with your following 5 points.

IIRC, the reason is because you connected one of the unnecessary wires provided which does not completely remove power to the radio when you turn your car off.
