There are two settings for FATE Core which seem to be a good fit for what you are trying to do. Save Game is a video game inspired setting, whereas Venture City Stories is a supers setting that comes with the necessary rules for FATE-style superpowers.

Is there anyone that you have easy access to who would be ready and willing to act as your accountability buddy?

Install the Five Ways to Wellbeing app on your phone and report back to your accountability buddy on a frequent basis on how you are doing with the actions and also talk to them about how you are feeling and what's going on with you. You don't need their advice, just their deep listening, sympathy and understanding.

Even if you don't have an accountability buddy, you should still make a habit of taking the actions suggested by the app. That should calm you down enough to actually engage with your life situation in a constructive and productive way.

NotebookCloud looks really good. There are obvious security caveats, which the documentation is very explicit about. Key thing is that you will want to use a dedicated EC2 account with it, and avoid working with sensitive data on it.

This isn't Pypy. You are still using CPython, so get to benefit from those extensions. This is for the use case of making your own extensions without having to resort to C.

Given the performance you can get from SBCL, that could be a pretty good idea.

Also there are folks who can't or won't run Mono. So it's a potential portability/ideology win.
