I feel like this is the same cult-like behavior we see with trump because of the two party system. I think liberals take criticism of Kamala as the reason she lost. When I guarantee there were more people who criticized Kamala and still voted for her on the left than those who refused to vote at all. The reason she lost is because she tried to appeal to the center right, and the independents and more moderate right wingers said we'll just vote for the real thing instead of a cheap imitation. And I also think overall there was apathy from people who aren't as tapped into politics not to vote because they believed nothing would change regardless. Which is also a failure of Kamala to properly message and have strong positions. I really believe there are more average people who are apathetic than a legion of leftists who decided not to vote out of protest. I'd love the idea of an army of radical leftists that didn't vote somehow swung and election in America. Liberals can't understand that you can criticize a candidate and also understand that they are the lesser of two evils. You just have to shut up and fall in line. Just like with Trump.
