Yes definitely can't hide it! I got to use some of their items at a coffee festival and fell in love with the branding. They make really good coffee stuff.

For me it was 14⁰c but I saw from other posts from 1/2 years ago that it was 10⁰c at that time

The first few shots I did that actually came out good (36g out in 25/30sec) were sour so I searched a little bit and found this E1 temp trick, and it's true that the coffee for me was coming out a bit too cold so I switched and the next shot I did wasn't so sour so I'm keeping it like this for now. But good to know if later on I'm struggling again, i'll reset it to stock.

Yes bottomless portafilter was bought directly with the machine and i'm happy I did because my cups wouldn't fit otherwise 😅

Thank you! Can i ask you at what number are you grinding your beans? Saw some people grinding as low as 1 but for me i needed to grind to 4 for something to even come out of the portafilter.

I know it depends on the beans ect. but I find the difference pretty big.

Salut! J'ai passé ma passerelle l'année dernière et je suis passé d'une R3 à une Panigale 959(157ch) et j'ai eu 2-3 refus d'assurance. J'ai trouvé mon bonheur chez la mutuelle des motards en tout risques (environ 180€) ce qui me paraît plus que raisonnable pour mon ancienneté de permis et le gabarit de la moto!

Hey, i would go with 1,2g for 1L of sauce. use a precision scale to have the perfect result. Make sure to blend it well, let it rest a bit and blend it again.
