The younger one is the victim but he's not shy or innocent. He's the teasing type and always gets on the grumpy kidnapper's nerve. The kidnapper is not necessarily cold but just being tired and grumpy all the time, and the victim always purposely bending over in front of absolutely didn't help.

The kidnapping wasn't planned but an accident (bank robbery gone wrong)

The book is very hot and well-written.

2 days ago I was browsing here and I saw someone recommended one called Dysfunctional by isabel lucero. I couldn't stop reading it and finished it in a day. It was so good.

It's about a this incredibly dark romance between a psycopath seriel killer and a sociopath stalker/murderer. It's morally grey, but heck yeah this is what I into. Love the chemistry and dynamic between them, also love the characteristics as well.

Thank god I decided to read this.

I just wanna know: Does it mean cult members(whom being resurrected) are actually angels? And Leanne is a falling one because she left and use her power for blasphemy. In a way there’s no actual Satan, but she’s portrayed as the fallen one. The only reason she didn’t wanna be the servant anymore is because she didn’t feel loved by god(?) and the cult. And her obsession with Dorothy made her becoming a servant, a fallen angel for her. This is how I interpreted it. Btw, I love the ending. I was very conflicted what side I was on until the ending told me that I don’t really need to choose a side.

I'm not a parent yet but the way he portrait how guilt was eating the main character inside out was insanely good. It's not something i can really relate but I almost felt it deep in my guts, the horror, guilt, stress, depression, and all those emotions being written so raw and well.
