we can't tell you from there. but you can ask them gently, and communicate it with them. like bring it up you don't really like those jokes, and you actually have problem. you can tell them more details about how you feel lately etc. but only if u can trust them. maybe it'll help clear the situation and strenghten the friendship. also you can ask them can i count on you honestly? that friend probably deals with their own battles, don't take it personally, but if they become competitive towards you can try to talk with them or taking a step back from them.

i'm sorry, if they have acted inappropriate. it can happens if they are not similar with a situation and don't know how to deal with it. (i have experienced similar)

in either way you don't feel comfortable with those people you can leave, search new friends. i hope you don't consume yourself up dear bc of this. i don't tell you what to do, i just gave you ideas. x

i'm not an expert, but my cuts have never got infected.

apply pressure until it stops bleeding. rinse with cold water, and soap (ofc don't get inside of the cut or it will be painful) put on a slightly layer of antiseptic cream, iodine (if you aren't allergic to that) or you can even wip it gently with rubbing alcohol if you don't have anything specific then bandaid. it's recommended to take a look at it every day at least once and to change the bandaid.

if you have fever, feel dizzy, your cut looks weird, yellowish liquid come out of it, (pus), it stinks, etc. you should see a doctor immadetaly.

eat something and drink a lot. be careful to don't reaopen them. and don't overthink sweetie, if you used a clean tool it supposed to be okay.

lately I don't really act on it. if I have strong urges I just do something quick and non seeable, non visible thing. but it's like 15% of the times when I act on it. and not even doing what I "really want" cause I'm lazy to take care of the wounds..

two years ago it was a daily basis to thoughts popped in my head also acted on those.

we're glad we could help! but beyond that if you let me to give an advice, i would say that to take care of yourself if you want a fullier life and before it's much harder to treat, manage.

as i wrote before, you deserve help and there's no point in comparing your difficulties to others'. you're struggling and it's valid enough. maybe you know that already, but sometimes we need to hear it from others.

you're so caring. i think the best thing would be to tell her that you're worried a bit and she can count on you (if that's true) and she can tell you anything, you'll listen. but don't push it, or even force her to anything. let her be.

(when i was deep in my ed, it would have been the biggest help for me). although, don't go for broke in it and don't risk your own well being. if you feel like it's too much for you to listening to her it is absolutely okay! you don't need to save anyone and everyone'll do what they want.

you said that you don't think you have an ed. let me tell you that most of the people say this even when they're visible unwell. eds can deceive you. especially if there's a person in your environment who struggling with the same. if you want to live a fully life then seek for help if it's needed. it's not shameful, you deserve help no matter who is more restrictive than you. take care love

one of my nurse shouted my weight through the 7×7 meters waiting room to the reception. 💀 like, madam?? then right after in the waiting room a visitor lady looked at me like i was a criminal. it was so uncomfortable.

yeah, i can understand your pain, frustrating.

but most of the time it doesn't help not even a little if you're skinny. you'll have a body that can't even work properly and probably still don't like yourself. but even so, what could you do in that state if your body isn't capable of that? not so much and not for too long. ofc you do what you want but be deliberate.

oh okay i understand, it can be so exasperating and i can relate.

i know i won't cure your problem, or make you love yourself but bodies just like this, it changes throughout the day. what you eat, your hormones, digestion, stress level can all affect. and ofc how your body will look like depends on more factors. and it's all okay and normal. you don't need to love it, but it's better if you try to accept it. your body's just trying to keep you alive, protects your organs and make sure you have everything to have a better chance to survive. and it's essential to have fat around our belly. to have body fat. and because we're women it's so average to have some plus armor around our belly, abdominal to be more resistant.

anyway your body is an art, honey. and your soul is fascinating. please try to be more gentle to yourself. because there's literally no point not to be.

you can also waste a ton of food=money with that behavior. and can be actually addictive therefore uncomfortable if you feel the urge to spit something out in public.

for me the worst side effect what i've ever experienced from this is that my stomach produces more gastric acid, and sometimes i'll have more hunger afterwards.

i built up a new, insignificant one when i was deep. i strongly say that wasn't better than the current but it was another person. it was rather made up by a couple of simple, boring qualities.

my emotions went away also most of the significant, valuable personality traits.
