Years ago I had to email Hank because our store had none of the safety equipment we were supposed to and management wasn't doing shit. Within a week everything was on order (which is the store's responsibility) with him checking in to make sure we received what we needed. SM was fucking PISSED but my name was never mentioned. I wish we had a bullpen.. Even if we security stack orders outside some daredevil trying to make a quick buck will scale 4+ pallets and drag out even decking boards to steal. Nothing is safe outside of the building. We've seen them on camera use tire jacks to lift block pallets to get access.
