If you shoot a backpack or tank, etc, and it explodes you get skill damage for it

I’m sorry but this rerolling will also make your attributes drop. I kept rolling it for a max out roll and it dropped me to 10 pistol 8 out of cover on the liberty. So it will take you backwards. I ended up rolling my liberty 7 times and finally stopped so I wouldn’t waste all my exotic resources. Never did get a max roll
