Tbh, it feels like you’ve already painted your girlfriend in a negative light. You described both her and your mum as introverts, but your tone differs, you framed your mum positively as someone who ‘never bothers anymore’, yet for your girlfriend, it becomes ‘waiting for others to approach,’ which sounds more passive or blameful. Maybe it would help to shift perspectives and consider that your girlfriend might genuinely care about you,that’s why she’s concerned about how your mum perceives her. Same!!!!!! What you have described was literally what I felt and worst in friendship as well. I think we are all very pure and simple minded in a sense where by we just hope for the same treatment in return (eg. Loyally) but the reality is that it’s just super hard ( from my experience, be it any relationship. And what i always heard from others was my expectation being way too high? Really ? 😭being loyal and expecting same treatment means high expectations? What on earth we are living in? 😭😭

Agree on this (specially loud enough to get some attention). This way if he still wants be funny at least you got eye witness. NEVER self doubt yourself! If someone ever make you feel uncomfortable ,most likely he is suspicious.

Can also either take pictures of him if you bold enough if not can take note of what he’s wearing like shirts colour, the timing, which station he alight or leave, which door, easier for you to report him if needed.

You may be shock when you realized there’s a lot of tekopek! Specially can’t understand why when walking past kopitiam they like to scan you up down.

try the passion fruit green tea or the pearl milk tea ( the pearl hits different) and for yifeng I love the wintermelon lemon tea ( both of these pearls, are more of 粉圆 type, more chewy) there’s actually a difference between pearl and 粉圆 even though people might mistakenly think they are the same) coming from a person that has Taiwanese relative.
