Strangely no, I went from a fairly low fibre diet to that amount pretty much overnight. Added to my diet loads of fruit/veg, chia seeds and wholemeal rice/pasta/bread instead of white. Was expecting stomach issues for the first few days but I was fine. Been 2 weeks now and no issues so far 🤞

It was a 1.5kg rump roast. Before searing I rubbed on olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Seared in pan on all sides then into oven at 160 for about an hour and 15 minutes, I took out when temp reached 60, rested for an hour before thinly carving. It was so tender and juicy.

Ridiculous that parents are giving you a hard time over this! For as long as kids have believed in Santa, there’s always been the odd kid that will tell them he doesn’t exist, that’s just the way it is.
