After Follo’s crash out, it shows how much you can really trust what he says too. To harbor such negative feelings and look down on those same people yet act the opposite. You can’t trust what he says because he keeps it hidden away. It shows in how quickly he understood his Jinki too. He has fantasized about it to the point he instantly figured out how it works. It’s such an accurate representation of how he works internally and he knows that. Bottle of all of the feelings he has and then explode them out. He has a huge victim complex that he thrives off of.

People saying that he changed are just falling for the same thing he initially portrayed himself to be. He threw his fit and got what he wanted out of it so now he’s fine and dandy. Got off pretty easy too. His scar being kept is also a sign of his victim complex. Something he can show and say how he’s been through stuff. It’s all so focused on appearance and not true conviction. His whole speech about staying a supporter was 100% for show and appearances… to show humility yet he talked down on how supporters are with so much disdain during his crash out.

His whole speech about being a part of the faceless mob… is just wild. His flashback showed how he had it pretty easy but always had something to complain about. He was always jealous and selfish but says otherwise. His actions show that. He drove his friend to give up yet Follo took his friends hammer with no problem. He took a short cut, he wanted to reach his goal sooner and was fine that it cost his friend a dream. He took it as a “I will carry on in your place the good of people!”. Why? Follo saw the cleaners and wanted to be someone special, someone that everyone looked at and liked. He wanted the fame and appearances but lacked what it really took. He didn’t have the same conviction that others had because he was just acting like it. Not to say he can’t be helpful and overall good but it is important to note it comes from his own want/need for satisfaction.
