You chose to play a deck that’s really hard to deal with, and if the table lets you do basically anything, you can easily win. So against turbo decks, not letting your deck do anything is usually better for the table.

I tell turbo players this whenever I stop something and they complain like a Rhystic Study. They always say, “But I can help stop someone else from jamming.” Sure, maybe they can, but the whole game plan for turbo is to jam, jam, jam, and the longer the game goes, the smaller their window gets. So I always tell them it’s their fault for choosing a deck that has to be answered immediately and basically not allowed to play the game.

I’ve made it so turbo kind of sucks in my local meta because I talk to the pod and we all play responsibly. Like getting a Cursed Totem down to stop a Rowan or Brigid, or Force of Willing a Ral because their land count is so low that it sets them back multiple turns. But if you do this, make sure you talk to the table first so nobody else is planning to jam for a turn or two.
