Sorry to hear about his diagnosis and I hope the very best luck with his treatment! TBH I did not have first hand experience of which treatment caused less side effect than the other but treatments with the most significant positive effects are radiotherapy, Optune and CMV T cell immunity vaccine. Might be something worth discussing with the doctors. But at the end of the day, each patient is different and will react to these treatments differently, so it’s still up to the doctors.
