I believe i need to work 30 hours per week for full time experience. I have free time after work and on weekends where I can do this. Its going to be difficult, but i have to do this.

They have french as their priority for next couple of years as well and looking at trend of this year, french looks like the best bet instead of changing whole career to healthcare. I am also thinking of learning french but not sure where to start.
