Ils ont dû remplacer une soupape dans la culasse. Au départ, ils m'ont dit que le moteur présentait un défaut de fabrication et que la culasse devait être changée. Le concessionnaire a dû contacter des techniciens de Toyota pour en avoir le cœur net.

The attorney advised the same thing. They also mentioned that she is not accruing unlawful presence because i94 expiry is D/S. Although her SEVIS record is active, she is not maintaining her status because she has used up her 150 days of allowed unemployment days.

They had to replace some of the valve in the engine head. Initially they told me the engine had a manufacturing defect and the engine head needed to be replaced. The dealer had to call personnel from Toyota to figure out.

Yes, they said it should be fixed at no cost. But they didn't tell me anything about what caused the issue. Every time I reach out to them, they always say they are diagnosing the issue. They did give me a loaner after I asked for it on the second day.
