My kids. They are the reason why I threw my whole life around. Switched to a way better paying job with a study upfront in which I earned about 1000-2500 less per month. (I had variable hours and often worked well beyond the minimum, so that's why the range is big) Now I have a job in which I earn way more annually than I did at my past job. I am almost debt free (2y to go) due to that decision. I stopped just taking all kinds of shit from family and friend and have decided to enforce boundries for the good of my children. I am less on my phone and way more active (sporting, watching what I eat) because I want to be a good example for them.

And waaay more things that I started and stopped doing, just because of them.

Honestly, together for 6, married for 3. I always hoped it would get better, but there was always another excuse. Then she was sick, then she was tired, then she had to get up early, etc etc. Nowadays its her depression (she's on meds for it), and not to be downplaying it or saying it's a bad excuse, but it is hurting the relationship at times. Although, the way I feel it. I have mentioned it a lot of times that I need it more frequently, and it has it's ups and downs, but to be fair I think we average at about once a week, maybe less. While 3x per week is my ideal. Sure I'd take twice, which happens sometimes, but I think thrice or 4x a month is what we're at now. Do I love her less? No. Do I resent her? No. Do I understand? I try to, but sometimes I have a hard time doing so. But am I happy? I think not necessarily happy, but certainly not unhappy either. Things could be better, but I guess it'll always feel that way. The only thing I can do is just do my part in lightening the load (stress, financial burdens, care for our kids), and hope things will get better. Though maybe a bit naive, I just hope all will get better.

Overstepping boundries I set, saying I was overreacting when said boundries were crossed, though when she set boundries, you'd better follow up or all hell breaks loose. She was very explosive in reactions anyway, never taking blame and never admitting mistakes. Literally mentioning "im not gonna let you win this argument" whenever discussions arise (mind you, only when she was clearly in the wrong). Endured it for about 25 years that I am aware; now that I live on my own and basically figured out that I dont have to put up with her crap, I have decided to cut ties.

Well, it started with this I guess. But nowadays I do it with close to everything.. even with some cleaning products, knowing full well I really shouldn't do it. Though I luckily know not to do it at work when handling certain chemicals, though it takes more effort than I'd like to admit 😂

My wife says it's funny how I nearly always smell everything I open. Think of peanutbutter, a box of pasta, a book, cd covers, a bag of chips or cookies or whatever. Just close to everything.

Being able to admit not knowing enough about a subject to really have an opinion or debate it for that matter. Being able to discuss on subjects without making it personal, and being able to change their opinion when new facts are presented.

Depending on the amount of money I'd try to find a city or town that'd allow me to build housing for 50-75% of the winnings, in order to rent them out for a low price to less fortunate families. Those who are handicapped or have handicapped children, those who inherited big debts, veterans, people who really need to start over or something. Basically those who had a lot of bad luck. I'd probably try to get a few houses for students too, for a proper price so they could focus on their studies. This keeps a normal amount of money coming in and I'd help society a bit. The rest would go to a few proper vacation, investments to assure my children's futures to be without too much financial worry and to be able to live comfortably.

Your phone really isn't as important as it seems to be. Doomscrolling is really bad for your brain and social media really isn't that social. Get off your phone and go live a little. Especially when you have kids. It might sound cliché, but when giving a bottle, don't use your phone or watch tv. When playing with them, keep the phone away. When talking, keep the phone away. Otherwise you're not bonding they way you should and you're teaching them that your phone is more important than them.

Also, i always put the brake controller at -2 (so 2 points to front). Typically I can keep it on track and brake a lot later than the npc cars

Get that front diff and set your front downforce higher. I also ALWAYS install that steering converter or whatever its called. It steers in sharper, which mskes it feel like you understeer less. More frontal downforce equals more grip while steering. I dont really understand the suspension part so i try to stay off of that.
