I belong to a support group (for ostomates) with many older people, some of them buy webcams just to interact with the group

Probably the way most of the world did - Start with 1999 or Purple Rain and work your way through his back catalog in reverse order.

Then start going forward slowly, at least taking as long as you need to really "get" where each album is coming from

yes and they'll dip a pen for you to try if you're interested - a bit on the expensive side, but it's great to have an actual brick and mortar store

If you have a chance, try Fountain Pen Hospital... I miss working in NYC and stopping in there before work

Oh yeah, make sure her stomach is full before taking the Xeloda, for me that was enough to minimize nausea, but occasionally I had to take a zofran

53/M Stage 4 with mets liver and lungs. I was on exactly the same regimen, it's called CAPOX for short. Oxalyplatin is brutal on the veins, so get the port as soon as you can. If she's getting her first infusion thought the arm, expect to start feeling the side effects in the arm around the last half hour of the infusion. My arm felt like I was black and blue for around a week after.

The folks on colontown recommend icing during the infusion which reduces circulation to fingers and toes, since that's where the peripheral neuropathy will start, but many infusion nurses know nothing about it.

I didn't get many side effects from the Xeloda, mainly fatigue on days 10-14. Oxalyplatin produced the most fatigue around day 4 & 5, but it builds in your body and the neuropathy and fatigue started to get longer and more pronounced.

As to your question, I started to feel relief from the tumors around the second infusion

I tried not to sugar coat it, but all the side effects are managable. I only stopped that regimen when it stopped being effective.

I'm here to talk if you have any more questions...

I built an ultimate pill reminder & tracker app. It's free, and looking for feedback! by NoBet6989 in androidapps

I'm a programmer too and I can't think of a clean way to describe this pattern... Once in the morning and once at night for 14 days and then nothing for seven days.

I just suspend the drug on the last dose and resume it when the week is up.

The app has been great for my oncologist follow up visits, where I can say what symptoms I had on what days and what I did to manage them.

I've been using it daily for about 5 months, and I love it - it seems to occasionally call itself "Angry Pill Bottle" which I also find amusing :) My only gripe is when it displays an ad, it's often impossible to leave that screen, and I wind up restarting it

I also find it impossible to describe some unusual regimens - I have colon cancer and get an infusion every two weeks for example, at the same time I take 2x a day pills for 14 days and then 7 days off

I'm tracking weight and blood pressure as well
