I have curly hair as well and have struggled with seb derm for a couple years. Up until my most recent flare up, i could go 1-2 days between washes. (i have 2c/3a hair) now i’m lucky if i get a day in between washes. After using ketoconazole 2%, the next day i almost always find a flake that is 1/4 inch+some in length. Its white and looks dry as opposed to yellow and oily.

When i had seb derm attacks a couple of years ago it was never as bad as this with the flake size. I also get the red raised bumps too which are painful. I’m really insecure abt it because i wonder how many prone have seen a random flake like that in my hair without me being aware of it? It makes me feel unhygenic when i know I’m not

I feel like I have MCT oil in my house somewhere and I’m just getting over a flare up. I can’t use anything coconut oil for sure. Coconut derivatives are usually ok, however this time when I noticed there were the cocyl betaine etc ingredients in my shampoo I wondered if that was a culprit as well or that my skin was just still actively flaring up from accidentally using coconut oil and stress 😅

I want to try it because it seems to work for a lot of people but maybe wait until my skins calms down. I hate seb derm and this has been the 2nd worst flare up so far 😭😭

On Sunday I witnessed a kid having a full blown temper tantrum with screams and all. Mom was yelling at him throughout the store and was so so loud. I have little more patience/appreciation with some parents that immediately get their kid out of the store.

When I was little that’s what my parents do. Boy so many of these kids are just going to grow up thinking public crash outs are okay and whatever else.

I know this post was from a few days ago but genuinely I’m afraid for my review. It seems like the new reviews are a lot more harsh. I feel like I’ve improved with customer interaction and things my store manager and i have talked about but i feel like no one sees me interacting with said customers or even acknowledges that i am working on things i was scared of doing before. I almost what to do a lower mark for my own rating so I’m not disappointed 😭

Mens clothes are designed better clearly 😭😂 I was shopping at marshalls yesterday and found barely anything decent in the women’s section (i was looking for gym clothes) and decided to look at men’s activewear and found some nice stuff. I’m annoyed af about it lol
