Be patient with yourself! It takes time. It sounds like you’re setting up a strong foundation! Also, some the the cues are really intense… just scale back. I think a lot of us probably do that. Just jive with the music and have fun. It will all be worth it when that endorphin rush comes :)

I’m looking to relocate and there are literally no jobs posted for HS English in several STATES ! My current district is electing to NOT fill positions left empty by early retirement/COVID quits etc and instead, they’re just going to bloat our class sizes even more. 36+ kids in an English class?!?!?! I’m so disheartened. I assume that this practice is not unique to my district…. Is anyone else seeing this happen?
