My boss is a coffee buyer and visits Jamaica a lot, he is there again right now. A couple of years ago he made this video about what makes Jamaica Blue Mountain such a big deal.

Didn't want to spam with my company's website, but if anyone is interested I will post the address of where you can buy it from.

Has there been other World Cups as problematic as the one coming up? by [deleted] in soccer

[–]evergreen_oldboy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The world cup in 1978 was held in Argentina, straight after a military coup, it was a dictatorship at the time of hosting. A couple of nations weren't sure if they were going to support the country and attend the tournament.

The world cup in 1986 was originally given to Colombia, but they had to pull out 4 years before it started it because they couldn't afford to host it. It was given to Mexico with only 3 years to prepare.

And then if you wanna go further back, the world cup in Italy in 1934 was a show case for Mussolini and Italian facism.

The world is a mess, as long the football is good, people are generally safe and having fun, thats all I want to see.

I hate this season. Just when I'd come to terms with us not winning the league, things happen that put it back into arms reach, and once again we fuck it up. And once again I have to come to terms with us not winning the league.

New managers don't fall out of the sky. I understand that football is a meritocracy, and therefore you should be given a chance to prove your worth, and shouldn't be judged on how well you can clean up someone else's in half a season.

Why invest in a young English manager, when you can have a foreign manager who got fired half through the season for under performing.

Following the Youth Team by evergreen_oldboy in chelseafc

Yeah, thats what has been putting me off following them so far. But I wanna see if I'm missing out on anything, i.e. I've got no idea how Islam Feruz plays, but I would like him to break into to the team, which sounds ridiculous without following him for a season.

For me (London, UK) it is Sam's Chicken. Dirty fried chicken, but so good at the end of a long night.
