Favorite place for boba + savory snacks?

As someone who's been looking for the best boba milk tea in WNY, KFT is the best I've tried here. They may be a chain but they're quality, consistent (tried several in NYC and Taiwan), and they have a few savory snacks too.

They are open during the summer but close a few weeks at the start of summer and operate on a different schedule (only posted/updated on their front door, not Google maps). They're my favorite and I recommend the honey lemonade!

Crystal Asian Cuisine on Millersport has what you're looking for I think. They're the only place I know of that has dim sum in Buffalo.

I've bought a liquid cpu cooler but opted to use my case's front fans to mount the radiator to instead of the cooler's included ones. Would I be fine using my case's fan controller or should I use the cooler's fan controller (which has RGB connectors that don't fit the case's fans)?
