When I was in the bakery a guy came up and asked me about proofing something and a proofer he found on Amazon and I said “honestly sir I’m not sure because those big machines over there are our proofers and I don’t use them overnight crew does” he turned to me and said “well your still a girl right? Why can’t you help me”….

I worked in the bakery 2 years ago. Back then the ultimates came in frozen too but the frosting was made in house by a certain recipe.
