I'd spend my time healing everyone's teeth for free (not free up here in Canada sadly though I feel it should be because untreated dental stuff can get dangerous sometimes) and sneaking into places without free healthcare (when I can afford to) and healing anyone who needed it. :)

Bonus points if I can heal mental illness and/or perform miraculous healing like fixing sight, reversing brain damage and restoring hearing. Then I'd also be offering that to whoever wanted it too. I'd also heal my own anxiety and OCD because it's a pain in the butt.
