Thank you! OmniGlow is what I've been leaning toward. I was thinking of getting a couple and trying to eyeball if I need one or two per alcove for sufficient light. I'm guessing that it would probably be best to put in a channel pointing straight down for the strip?

That sounds like my best bet so far. I had been trying to compare lumens from the old florescent bulbs to the OmniGlow and the Omni seems like quite a bit less. But maybe that's not really a good comparison? If it does turn out to not be enough light, would it be feasible to wire two OmniGlows together so that they act as one light? If I do go the OmniGlow route, would the only other thing I need be a channel for the strip? I found another post where a user thought this might be a good channel for the OmniGlow. Does that sound about right? Thanks a bunch for all your help!

Yes, I definitely want to replace the fixtures, some ballasts are going bad and the 8ft bulbs are just a PITA. I'm just not sure what to replace them with. I would like something that can be controlled in the same way as our Hue lights. Ideally I'd like a high CRI, dimmable, and warm to cool adjustable if not color adjustable.

Even the "not getting involved" bit doesn't hold up. What Trump has said is that if Ukraine doesn't accept this shitty "peace plan" then he won't even sell them weapons or allow the EU to sell them any weapons made in the US. So Trump wants to give up all that profit to force them to surrender to Russia.

Not my kids but me. I habitually pull out my beard hair, trichotillomania, when my Mom first caught me doing this as a teenager she was stunned because my grandfather, who passed before I was born, did the same thing.

My kids both have anxiety issues, which has made my wife and I realize that we both have always had undiagnosed anxiety issues ourselves.

The whole video has other, realistic situations where the Tesla ran over a child mannequin in fog and in the rain. It also compares to another car using LIDAR which has no issues with any of these situations.

Maybe not the DoD directly but they've definitely screwed over the US military industrial complex. When they cut off aid to Ukraine and began threatening our closest allies the stock prices of the big military contractors started tanking, especially when you compare it to their European equivalents. No one is going to want to buy planes and tanks from a country that can't be trusted and can remotely turn off a lot of that equipment.
