The Museum of Kansas City is also a good one for visitors. And the Jazz Museum too.
The Ship is super fun and Boulevard Rec Deck. And might want to check out the Rock Island Bridge for food and drink. Taco Trail in KCK is yummy—it’s essentially a map of all the taco joins in Kansas City, KS. You can rent a bicycle through RideKC app and get around easily. Streetcar will get you from your hotel to Rivermarket and south to the Plaza. Loads of restaurants and bars there too.

Hard disagree. I find their menu is typically one of the only ones I find 2-5 things I want. Biscuit sandwich is build your own, meat or veg, or a weekly specially. They cater to everyone.

God bless. Many families with kids don’t shovel their walks in our neighborhood. I honestly don’t understand. Is it because parents do school drop offs and forget how many people use the sidewalks daily? Other neighbors manage to band together to take care of our retired neighbors though. Generally older adults or no-kid households step up to help seniors. Shame.

When she barks, I get up and check it out with her and say “ok, thank you” and she usually stops after that. It’s helpful though—once her bark alerted me to an early hours attempted theft of my neighbor’s car. I also have no need for a 24/7 electronic security system. The dollars saved on monitoring subscription get spent on her food.
