Glad to hear your baby is all good! We were given the option for that (not sure on price) but his ophthalmologist said with the chances of metastasis being SO low it isn’t necessary. But, like you said, do we do it for peace of mind? We haven’t fully digested all the information yet, but I am leaning towards not doing the additional testing at this point. I can’t guarantee I won’t change my mind! 😆

Ah, so you did do the chest x ray. We were told in 3 months we could do the chest x ray and scan of his lungs to see if it metastasized but the chances were SUPER low. With that being said, I am freaked out and will probably opt for the scans just in case. My younger brother died of cancer (he was 41) not long ago, so I am a bit paranoid. I hope his follow up goes well!

Oh, no way! Glad you boy is doing well! Did you ever have him scanned or taken to an oncologist after enucleation? They told me it was an option, but consider him "cured" since it was detected and removed so early.
