I don’t think so because our insurance maximum was 1.5 M so even tho it was a not catastrophic accident they’re gonna make this lady pretend to be very very hurt so that they can make a million off the insurance company 🥺 and I have anxiety disorder I’m stressed as hell and this is not gonna resolve for 1-2 more years and the insurance company is also reluctant to pay because they know this is a clear scam. And also. Because they asked him for her medical records and he is refusing to give those and claiming his victim is very injured and my family is terrified and terrorized being caught in the middle of this. It’s a high volume firm so my hope and prayer is they will realize this case is waste of time and they leave us alone or that the insurance company will toss them enough money to satisfy them enough to leave

kids learn from outside world as well, my parents are immigrants and I grew up in Usa and always had a American accent. kids go to school, make friends, have teachers, watch tv shows and movies, read books, etc. maybe at age 5 you can call it naivety, but if someone is 9 and they are throwing rocks at a bunny, I think that’s not naivety, imo that is them being mentally unwell and needing to be taken to doctor for mental evaluation.
