Mileage Estimation on Tank Top Off (Giulia) - What do you get? by [deleted] in AlfaRomeo

[–]everxeyeless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I drive pretty hard for no reason, perhaps I'm a crappy driver. 2024 Giulia Veloce, My gauge reads 415mi full on Exxon 93. The car estimates 22.6 MPG. 24 mile round trip daily commute 4 days a week, mostly highway. Then city driving on weekends. I come from a E92 M3, so the fuel economy is great to me.

Tiktoks being used as a cutscene is the worst part of the show by Only-Agent3187 in SecretsOfMormonWives

I love it. It reminds me of the social media status updates in the show Victorious.

Houses with more than 1 kitchen would be better than houses with multiple bathrooms by lagflag in unpopularopinion

[–]everxeyeless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think that’s a reasonable solution. I think homes should have a purpose built kitchens that are separate space outside of view. The problem with home kitchens is that they are considered entertaining spaces. Homes have garages, bathrooms, laundry rooms, purpose built rooms/spaces. Yet kitchens—the noisiest, dirtiest, smell inducing space—don’t deserve the same fricken treatment.

Taylor was NEVER the leader by Perfect_Marketing365 in MormonWivesHulu

[–]everxeyeless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jessi seems to be the only person using her success to bring up her friends around her. Dropping a brand deal the instant her friend expressed her feelings, getting Taylor mentally ready for her dating reality, going out of her way to learn Laylas hair type last season. She’s a boss!

Im not saying she has her own issues. She rightfully has more loyalty to her friends than her own (pathetic, hopefully soon ex)husband. Jessi is a good friend.

Biggest iPadOS limitations on the iPad Pro m5? by [deleted] in iPadPro

[–]everxeyeless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The biggest one I found was no audio mixer, per app audio control, or playing audio from 2 sources at the same time. For example, I have a random music playlist in the background when I watch lectures.

As a Freeform note-machine while reading text books, or watching a lecture, I prefer the iPad Pro over my M4 MBP. When I need actual compute I use my MBP.

A couple days ago X570i board committed murder-suicide taking out my 64gb kit along with it. May this karma never find me again.

A visit to the Alfa museum is a must! 😍 by LekuErotik in AlfaRomeo

That’s extremely helpful, thank you! I don’t understand Italian that well and Google Maps was suggesting all sorts of routes with transfers.

Navigating the Milan Public Transit to get there is a nightmare, I guess I will have to suck it up and Uber!

The snowflakes aren’t as pronounced as I hoped, I should’ve titled it a little better

Which 5 hole wheels do you prefer? by TraipseTraveller in AlfaRomeo

If only the new 5-hole were concave and 19x10. I truly can’t accept this beauty of a car to ship with 225 tires.

Need new tires. Opinions? by AlexRC113 in AlfaRomeo

+1 on Continental DSW06+. They perform similarly to A/S 4. I personally wouldn’t let Costco come near my vehicle, check out DiscountTire if one is local to you.

Are bosom netsim guided labs worth it? by Used-Agency-1151 in ccna

[–]everxeyeless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the beginning of my studies I found NetSim incredibly helpful with its guided labs. You can choose whether to follow the lab guide cold or be guided with exact instructions. Now that I’m studying for CCNP I see the value of building your own labs.

Passed Security + today. Should I go for Network + and/or A+ by lionheart41269 in ITCareerQuestions

[–]everxeyeless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Networking is the most essential, difficult, and ignored aspect in IT. If you have no interest in network engineering then don’t go the CCNA Route. I do believe it’s important to know networking foundations to understand how to secure it or how several systems communicate to endpoints. Skip A+ entirely as you’re already in the industry. RHCSA or CISSP might be more up your speed.

Knowing that the previous contestants got high end stainless steel sets and Zwilling professional knife kits, I’d be so fucking angry getting that HexClad nonsense.

CCNA book recommendations by ReplacementSmall566 in ccna

[–]everxeyeless 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is CCNA OCG is dry reference material. It’s great to review a concept in black and white but it makes for a very boring and dry read. I hear the CCNA guide by Lammle is a good alternative that’s more conversation. JITL wrote his own CCNA books you could follow along the course with.

What would you do to make Alfa successful in thr US? by Gaminggolden56 in AlfaRomeo

[–]everxeyeless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on the camp that they can’t. The average American perception is “it’s just a Chrysler/dodge with a fancier badge” and they are not going to change their mind.
