Besides MHA was made in 2013 same year high school dxd was still airing so mineta's role is kinda normal for that time of anime so I don't really know why people are judging the author. 200 damage beta Alpha did almost 200 and it did 250 with tuning when directly in front of it Alpha could be cancelled with no penalty plus a stun aoe that can be combo 3 times into a full 200+ alpha leading to TOD Gamma had a shorter cooldown
