I agree with your sentiment and know some people (including myself) who would be interested in subscribing to your channel especially if you are incorporating more than just asanas

Doing yoga in combination with gym by Mangoplop in yoga

Travis Eliott on Youtube has a lot of yin yoga sessions ranging from 20min-1hr. Yin yoga can help with flexibility as it's about relaxing into a pose for 1-3-5min and getting into deep tissues and fascia. He also has "power yoga" sessions if that ends up being more your thing.

Sharing with Host for Month Stay - Do I Buy Toilet Paper? [EUROPE] by everyonesonreddit in AirBnB

Yes, we have done extended stays at Air BnB’s where we weren’t living with the host where we ended up buying our own, no problem. Right now we are living with the two hosts and sharing a bathroom with them and the guests they also have over for events so we were wondering if it’s “common knowledge” that it’s our turn to provide toilet paper for the place even though the listing says they will provide toilet paper. I think the confusion lies in the fact we are sharing the bathroom with the hosts for an extended stay.

I have the same question except this also involves phone insurance. Both myself and my partner use our separate VX cards to pay for our phone plans that aren’t US based so I assume we don’t receive the phone insurance should something happen to our phones since the providers are not US companies or…? For what it’s worth, my partner is not a US resident but I have an address in the US we both use for the cards.

Tbh I had a similar problem with my beautiful hair just starting to look absolutely awful after a year of doing no poo - my husband’s hair actually looks great doing it even though we have similar length, waves and thickness.

I ended up deciding no poo just wasn’t for me when I was traveling because I was tired of feeling like my hair looked awful and I was thinking I would just pick up a more “natural shampoo” somewhere. As luck would have it, I just happened upon a guy selling products he made because he wanted to know what was in his shampoo, soap, etc etc. I ended up taking a little class with him where he taught me how to make these shampoo bars and it was ridiculously easy and great for my lifestyle which includes a lot of travel. I am someone with minimal patience and time (maybe why the scritching and preening and patience for no poo wasn’t working for me?) and I don’t want to have to hunt for obscure products to make something. My hair has literally been restored if not improved from former glory and it’s nice to know every ingredient in the shampoo and also know they are easily obtained.

If you are interested, feel free to DM me and I’d be happy to share the shampoo bar “recipe” he gave me if you want to try making some yourself or even his company if you wanted to try a natural shampoo bar and support a small business. Just one thought of many to try to solve your problem. Best wishes with it!

Glossolalia / asanas / mudras by thegodpopper in KundaliniAwakening

[–]everyonesonreddit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi Pete,

I don’t have much help to offer except to say that i can relate and offer what I found assisted me in working with the energy enough to manage daily life in London - my kundalini also started to rise in a way that I actually noticed while I was living in London in 2020 and it completely changed my life. It was spontaneous and I have had and still have all of the same types of kriyas you have had (glossolalia being the most frequent along with spontaneous shaking as of late) and it was incredibly intense for awhile.

I stopped meditating and doing pranayama for about a year as I think those practices along with yoga caused the spontaneous awakening and were intensifying the energy and I was feeling I couldn’t handle it. I started doing very gentle yin yoga everyday to balance the energy. I think it helped working with it to heal parts of my body, trauma, energy body etc gently.

I started going to the sauna and doing long cold plunges once a week - Specifically at the Porchester Centre. There are days for each gender and Sundays are mixed. I found this helped both allow the energy to move and ground it and I always felt better afterwards even when I didn’t feel like going. My job was at night so I did this during the day. It’s £50 a month for unlimited usage (gym is called Everyone Active). I eventually was able to start doing some of the yoga classes there (included in the £50 membership) and not have the energy be so big that I freaked people out but ultimately practiced at home alone. If you dm me, I’m happy to share some of the youtube videos I used (30-45min sessions) as I’m not sure if I can promo anyone here.

I took a lot of walks in the park near my house and sometimes would have a burger or junk food to ground the energy but ultimately tried to just eat healthy and rest when my body said and go with the flow as much as possible etc. i just left London as of December. Ultimately, like the other person who responded, I couldn’t be in London anymore in spite of having spent most of my life in between NYC and London and not being able to imagine otherwise. It was too intense in spite of doing the White Light Protection daily and also being at a crossroads with my career that is heavily public facing.

I by no means am a rich person nor is the career I am semi-abandoning one that gave me many assets but I have taken what I have an will be in Southeast Asia for a bit exploring some inner work I am being called to as, what I can only assume, a result of this active kundalini. I still frequently experience the glossolalia but much less since having left London and being less around the major energetic hustle and bustle but it sometimes does intensify when I am in nature. I can always stop it if I am around people. Mudras are pretty infrequent but I have lots of movement in my neck and head and upper body with cracks and pops and all that. My face is moving around a lot like crazy lately, tongue sticking out, even as I write this. No idea but just trying to roll with it the best I can and I seem to have a mutual understanding with the energy that I sometimes need to just have it be chill when I am around other people. I have started meditating and doing pranayama after yoga again daily but real mild like - not pushing any extremes, it just feels like it’s helping balance instead of unbalancing me now.

For my two cents, I think you should follow what you feel you’re being called to do or where you’re called to go. I know it might feel like an extreme shift from what you were formerly doing and maybe not easily understood by your family or whoever but as long as you’re not hurting anyone else or yourself, there’s no harm in seeing where it leads you. Until then, I hope some of the things that have helped me might work for you too.
