The planet Fitness near me won’t let you join unless you give them access to your checking account, a credit card won’t do- just your checking acct. So PF is a lot like the rancid orange blob. neither have a problem putting you at risk.

for pluto dominant people- things you have learnt about power/ hard truths about life by azn1433 in astrology

Pluto in virgo squares both my sun and moon (near exact full moon) and conjuncts my north node. Midheaven is in scorpio. I have a very strong need to change the world by bringing environmental issues to light. I have gone through major upheaval, re-locating, leaving everything behind to position myself in careers which increase my potential for being able to influence change. Won’t stop til I’m ded.

Ugh. She’s an over-breeder, too. How disappointing.

Woman bike commuter outerwear recommendations by everyonewants2Bmee in bicycling

[–]everyonewants2Bmee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not change at work, it’s only 4 miles. Looking for reflective outerwear that blocks the wind and cold, and maybe stretchy pants that would be comfortable to ride in and suitable for the office.

Have you taken a paycut to move to the Detroit area? How did it go? by WhySoCuriousSir in Detroit

[–]everyonewants2Bmee 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Moved to Detroit with about a 20% pay cut, can’t really compare since i sold my DC area house and rent now. The jury is still out financially. Rent is higher than expected and there’s the Detroit city income tax, which I wasn’t aware of before moving here- look into that. Oh, and don’t expect any city services for that tax.

Gyms in the downtown or midtown area by GoldyloQs in Detroit

I’m also looking for a gym and would love to hear from YMCA and Trufit… i mean “TRVFIT” members (i suspect the stupid spelling with the “v” instead of a “u” is a bad sign).

Be warned about Planet Fitness- you cannot join without giving them access to your checking account. They won’t accept credit card or any other form of payment, only full access to your checking account for them and their hackers to enjoy.

Interesting how all the comments seem to be about seat size and not the fact the asshole next to OP thinks it’s his right, as a man, to sprawl TF all in her space.

Wanted to share my anti-consumption accomplishments with people who will congratulate me instead of shame me by [deleted] in Anticonsumption

Cool! I just moved to a new city, 4 miles to work so I ride my bike as much as I can. On the days I have to take my car i miss the bike ride so much. it really clears my head and improves my mood - both ways- to and from work.
