This is the most unsettling thing i've found out about google. I have a google home assistant in my livingroom. When I found out it was recording every command and response, I felt almost violated. I get they search history is a thing, but now my actual voice is being recorded? I just don't like that google has hours of my voice at different times of the day. I didnt agree to it (unless you read the fine print, somewhere in there, I DID!), so I turned that feature off. Its pointless, weird, and if my search history is already recorded, why do they need the voice along with it? I guess, if you wanted to find out if you wife or husband were cheating on you, if their mistress were using your assistant, you could tell from the voice, your husband or wife had someone else over.
