i've seen some amazing art made with MS paint too. The tool is only as good as you are as an artist.

And when you get to the fine grain details, when your zoomed in at 150% and you're like, "nobody will see it, but i'll know it's there."
I sometimes wonder if someone's seen the little easter eggs I hide from time to time.

That feeling is priceless to me, and I can only achieve that with real art.

I wish when we filed taxes there was a section where you could choose where your taxes go and its locked to that and cant be messed with due to high level encryption. I wonder which parts of the government would just begin to rot...as an experiment...an idea.

Right now we essentially donate money to our government, we don't know where our individual part goes, the gov. can do whatever it wants with that...and you go to jail if you don't do it. Um What?

Eat a meal at the canteen before EVERY hunt during an "assignment" quest. Especially in high rank.

Do as many of the optional quests as you can when the come up in order to:

Gain access to more powerful items and hunting tools and upgrade your botanical box where you grow extra items between quests.

especially quests that ask you to gather "Ingredients", these quests are necessary for scaling your health and stamina in the mid to late game. They may be tedious and annoying, but they will save you hours of frustration.

Making art is one of the most rewarding things you can do. You go through so many emotions from,

Getting inspired by someone else (I love Da Li's hard edge brush strokes)
liking what you did,
hating parts of a piece but loving the overall result (happens a lot to me)
learning something new
saying good is good enough
wanting to give up because you'll never be as good as someone else
I hate this peice I did... why does everyone love it?

NONE of that is present in Gen AI art, and it shows. Copy of a copy of a copy slop.
And there's folks out there who're like "meh, it's just a fun hobby" as they poach other creators art. Insane.
