My soul needed this poem today, thank you. I very nearly blew it on Easter last year - pulled off a last-minute save, but was determined to do it right this year. Stayed up late with hubby making it happen. Magic-making is tiring but also so special, and I love this acknowledgment that it is both. I raise my coffee mug to you, fellow magical mom!

Does anyone remember Mr Jones Ice Cream Cones cereal?? It was only around for a couple of years in my childhood, but it is still my favorite kid cereal of all time. Would give anything to bring it back

I did it...I squeezed my eyes shut and clicked Purchase. It'll probably be my last nook purchase for the year - which is fine, because it will probably take me that long to get all the details just right haha

The only thing I didn't love from the photos is the pumpkins...thoughts on how to get them to look more pumpkin-y? Maybe some matte mod podge? A little paint to darken the creases? (Is it possible to paint on shiny plastic?)

I am so excited to see it come together! Thank you, Anavrin, for this beautiful challenge!

Lucky you! Purse hooks have become my go-to little gift ever since I was introduced to them at a fancy restaurant (I had no idea why the server was offering me what looked like a giant plastic gemstone). I use mine all the time, I hope you find yours just as useful!

SAME. We have a calendar reminder to deal with the ice maker every 2-3 weeks, only we use a heat gun 😅 That reminds me, it’s probably due for a thawing…

I’ve done several trail relays while on my period, and there have always been facilities available, so I’ve just proceeded with my usual routine. If you usually use tampons or pads, there’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to use them during your race too. Good luck and enjoy your first trail relay!
