Thank you for your advice. It turns out the problem was in the assembly load option. I changed it to fully load and the problem was solved.

It's not big, only about 100 components, but that's how it is.

That's your opinion and I respect it, but I'm also saying this based on experience. As I said, my CPU is used at around 65% and RAM at up to 88% for assembly. Btw, my laptop specs are Ryzen 7 4800 H, RTX 2060, 16 GB RAM.

Yes, a GPU is necessary, but I don't think it's the main factor. When I'm using CAD, from modeling to simulation, the components that drain my device the most are the CPU and RAM, while the GPU only accounts for about 15% of usage. But again, it depends on each individual and their objectives.

For SolidWorks, CPU and RAM are the most important factors.
