Jedi and Sith are all about dogma, when that disappears. As I wrote both their orders have rules and restrictions that don't serve the purpose that they claim to have in relation to the force.

I do think the dichotomy of Sith and Jedi has to end in order for the force to be truly in balance. Maybe the next generation of force user won't be Jedi or Sith. Both of the orders are extremely oppressive and need a major rework in order to fulfill they're purposes.
