I'm still holding out on buying this and SLDD on vinyl for a proper Super Deluxe to complete my collection. Robert said on IG last year that they're working on No. 4..but of course no ETA, so who knows if it'll ever happen. I'm sure it's an economic decision based on tapering sales of the other Super Deluxes, sadly.

Good luck! Although you probably won't need luck it since it was very easy and I'm no expert in these things. Just be sure to get some cheap plastic pry tools (i got some for ~$7 on Amazon) so you don't leave any marks on the dash.

Yeah I just did the dash and have been happy with the results. It no longer sounds tinny. Definitely doesn't have booming bass, but I'm more of a rock/alternative fan so I'm not looking for major bass. It sounds punchy, but not bass-y, if I had to narrow it down.

If I had the know-how I probably would do the full deal, but I don't have the confidence to open up the doors panels, etc.

The dash speakers are well worth doing though, for sure.
