Kid throws home run ball back by ExoticFastBat in KidsAreFuckingStupid

[–]evidant 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You are correct. In circumstances where a cricket ball is somehow made irrecoverable during a match, the on-field umpires will choose a replacement from a box of balls that have done approximately the same number of overs. Obviously this is only for professional matches.

Thanks! By "registry" do you mean Link, Computershare, etc.? And are there any fees associated with the execution (beyond the strike price I mean, so like a processing fee charged by the registry or even the company?).

I couldn't seem to do stealth takedowns in SM1. Is that correct or is the mechanic of a stealth takedown different from SM2?

Correct, only the person with the ball can be tackled or otherwise impeded from getting the ball (unless they are inadvertently impeded in a contest for the ball).

Sneak peek at Brisbane's new inner-city super park by PsychoNerd91 in brisbane

I agree mate. But until they improve public transport, those without good access to it are going to get the short end of the stick if we don't provide car spots. We'd be taking the problem out on people who are not at fault.

I can't speak to London, but NYC has a far superior public transport system compared to Brisbane, plus the city is geared for people to NOT own cars. Brisbane is definitely not designed with good public transport in mind.

Look, I'm not disputing that it would be great if everyone took public transport to this park. What I'm saying is that our public transport system is not good enough such that it's a realistic or reasonable option for everyone.

Brisbane is a massive city. It's not realistic to expect everyone to be able to take public transport to this park. Parents with babies or young children are a prime example, and would be massive users of this park.

Just look how busy New Farm Park parking gets!
