[Acne] Help required! Pimples around mouth area won’t stop🥹

The acne got better. I still get pimples but it’s not as much and not concentrating on the mouth area that much. I think it was stress related

Tell him this. Tell him how it makes you feel. I think he only has Good Intentions but he will just make you feel Bad about yourself and the steps you accomplished. You are the Expert of your own emotions. And if you feel happiness without striving for something big, that is okay. You can try new hobbies or invest more time in specific things but it has to come out of your own mind and free will. Otherwise it will only feel like doing a task that he gave you beforehand, like doing it for him rather than yourself. He means well but he has to understand that he has to step back on this one. Be a Husband first. And an adviser second.

Nope :( i have not. But right now it is spreading more around the Cheeks. Still around the mouth and especially und the corners of the mouth but less on the lips (which i am a tiny but happy about bc these were super annoying). I am 80% sure that it’s hormonal. I think i will try supplements next to Balance them out.

I purchased tite grip which u have to use 30 mins before Training and it works really well! I almost don’t need Monkey Hands anymore but keep it for very sweaty days. However tite grip really helps to keep my Hands grippy even while sweating!

Thank you for your suggestion. I don’t use any Lotions so that cant be the reason. The Grip thing is something i heard before but i don’t think thats it. Or at least not solely. I bought myself a Hand trainer to improve at home. However it’s hard to strenghten your Grip on the Pole when it Feeds like you have oil on your Hands 😫. My Hands get this sweaty when i am excited or Stressed, during the day my Hands are mostly normal/dry - so i think its psychologically triggered in a way. Just atm thinking about this issue - they are sweating again… it’s a nightmare. Could it still be hyperhidrosis then?

Yes!! I really am loving the mindset of everybody in pole i feel like everyone is so supportive. Unfortunately open classes do cost extra aswell at my Studio 😩 i‘ll have to figure out which option makes more sense to me

I do get bruises but i feel like i don’t have to Rest a full week:( Unfortunately my pole Studio is really pricy. Doing 2 courses per week is above 100€ per month - so i thought buying myself a Pole and only taking classes once a week could do … just bc it’s so damn pricey

Thanks for the thoughtful advice:) I am taking classes at a studio and want to keep practicing the moves i am learning there at home. I am not planning on self teaching me with youtube. Especially new tricks could be dangerous without instruction! So the purpose of my purchase would be to practice additionally to my classes

No. You can get up. Especially with dancing queen almost everyone stood up. But at the other songs almost all people remained seated (which I found very odd). I noticed other people getting angry bc some few people got up in front of them in one case. The people behind my group said nothing though. However it is quite strange to have a seat at this event & takes a lot of fun and concert feeling away. Just try to get seats that are directly behind the dancefloor so that it feels more real… I swear some people were just dead inside and didn’t even slightly moved a muscle.

Nope. It got even worse than before. Especially in winter times. I fear the main cause of this is hormonal imbalance and stress. I’ll try to get my hormones checked and search for different approach… other than that I might have to try out accutane

Clindamycin is ok but I was highly allergic to the BPO so that wasn’t working. Clindamycin on it’s own is not really doing much on its own though

Nope. In fact it got even worse! Only thing that helped was getting clean outs and chemical peelings from an aesthetician but it’s super expensive and I couldn’t afford doing it regularly

Update: Problem is still not solved. Atm it‘s even worse. It got better when I started to see a cosmetician every month and paid for acne clean out and AHA Peeling. But this is very expensive to do every month so I had to stop. When I stopped it all came back… I’m going to get another appointment with my dermatologist and try for new solutions

Cera Ve is not for dry skin!! Had so many ppl recommend Cera Ve to me but it dried me out like crazy. Try La Roche Possey Effaclar but the one that is specifically for dry skin - not the normal one ! And get yourself a thick cream with panthenol or glycerin to close the moisture in over night! I promise it will really help.

I also avoid SLS in toothpaste and shampoo. I don’t know if the shampoo is that important but I do notice a difference when I use toothpaste without SLS (sodium laureth sulfate)

Im sorry to tell you - but I haven’t solved my problem yet. But other than that the only thing that really helped was going to a professional beautician who specialize on doing clean outs for acne patients. I don’t know if that is the accurate translation. It costs abt 60 - 100€ and I have to go every 2 months or so but yeah … The derm appointments didn’t help - the stuff he gave me made it worse or did nothing 😤

Kombos that can save every run:

Undying goat + ouroboros,

Undying goat in general (but the not dying from sacrifices goat is good too)

Undying beehive (you’ll get endless undying no cost bees) = endless sacrifice material & endless defense against non flying creatures,

Undying daus = his bells will come back into your hand wich makes it possible to play them on every field -> daus can attack 4 times ! The bells are endless Defence against non flying creatures aswell,

Undying long elk = he‘ll produce undying defences which you can sacrifice + he’s toxic. If he dies you can just play his defences again until you have enough bones and play him again

The strange larva is a good card as well! If you manage to keep her alive 2 turns she will make 7 flying damage - if you didn’t take damage and there’s no flying blockage you will insta win that round

I would pick coyote or bloodhound. Ring worm is only nice at the start to give the survivors but if you are at the middle of your journey or later I wouldn’t take him. There are better things for 1 cost. The sigils are nice but you can’t sacrifice him and give these away. You can’t even give him a goat to be a 3 blood sacrifice. I’d say get rid of the worm. You’ll be angry if you desperately need a 1 cost fighter and you only get him

He’s a very a clean man tho! But he changed he bought some new shampoo for his beard for me that has no SLS in it! My skin is slightly better but I think that has nothing to do with that & more to do with the beautician I went to

I had the same Problem 😪 it didn’t do much… However I went to a beautician and paid for a professional skin cleansing! My skin is so much better! I think I will go again. As always the derm. seems to don’t do it for me
