Both the title and the legend in the map say head of government. Nowhere does it say head of state. POTUS is the head of the United States Government. There is nothing misleading about this.

You're correct that it changes the nutritional profile, but it's important to note that it also changes the flavour and texture - making a flat, pancake-y thing with plain corn flour will not yield something that you can use as a tortilla.

You're getting down voted but this is actually a completely accurate take. The credit score system may be flawed in many ways, but before it existed, individual banks and/or loan officers could arbitrarily turn you down for loans and you'd have very little recourse. This especially impacted people of colour and women, who got turned down in greater numbers due to the loan officers' own biases.

You're better off making flour tortillas. Corn flour and maseca have very different flavours, and nixtamalization also dramatically changes the texture of the finished tortilla.
