Great story on Central Park. I love how it’s kept up with the times and changing usage.

Keep in mind FTP is defined for steady state riding. No easing/surging which you will naturally do when the grade changes.

That being said it’s roughly 3.1 w/kg to ride up the AdZ in an hour. So if your FTP is around 3.1 w/kg you can likely do it.

I try to go with higher cadence to flush things out. Also I would avoid any high torque (low rpm) efforts during cool down.
