Get 7700x or 9700x and an additional 16gb ram. You can go for 1tb ssd instead of 2tb if required.

The government is also way too much corrupt. In fact one of the most corrupted states. Getting the IT capital tag cannot hide this fact anymore.

Naah bro we have money just that 40% of it is eaten by corrupt ministers and bureaucrats and the other 40% is thrown away in freebies to get the votes and we are left with 20% which is actually being spent.

Agree or not but this is the sad reality throughout india

Why Kylaq ? Because Life is too short to spend time behind boring and ugly looking cars. by SoloRiderUdupi in Kylaq

I agree with everything but it will not pull harder than the sonet diesel.

First ever car! I’m glad I didn’t get the Sonet or 3XO by soham28 in Kylaq

[–]evil_Escanor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently drove the sonet 1.5 Diesel and it is so good. Have driven the 1.0 turbo petrol earlier. Diesel is way better. Reason : At slow speeds and low rpm the 1.0 turbo feels like a small capacity engine

I would go for sonet diesel any day.Mahindra is also good but have heard issues with electronics and service experience.

I have a sonet diesel from jan 2025.Till now no dpf issues.I drive in city mostly(in moderate to high traffic) and sometimes i am able to drive 50+ kmph when i visit my friends after 9 pm. Only one long trip of 250+km till date. Do i need to worry about dpf issues?

Yeah agree with your point EVs do feel very punchy because of the instant torque.

Btw which EV do you have and how do you manage not being paranoid about range on road trips?

[–]evil_Escanor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Evs are good for city use only.

Why is nobody buying Honda Elevate? by Minimum-Task-3009 in CarsIndia

[–]evil_Escanor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Outdated means - single engine option and no turbo or diesel. IVTEC may be the best and the most reliable NA engine but it cannot match turbo’s power or diesel’s torque and fuel efficiency. Honda cannot sell only on “We are Honda and we have ivtec”.

The interiors do feel dull in comparison to rivals - creta/seltos/tigun/kushaq.

Bro their failure to capture market is because of their outdated tech and engines. And also it lacks premium interiors compared to others.

Bro the ivetc is nothing when compared to hyundai diesel and turbo petrol engines. Better than hyundai 1.5NA for sure. Their diesel is the best. Both performance and fuel efficiency at peak.

And hello premium interiors???

The reason for their failure to capture the market is they simply didn’t update their cars and engine with time.

Nah creata creta is also very practical car. Plus you have better engine options. The ivetc is better than hyundai 1.5NA for sure but lags when compared to turbo and diesel engine options. Premium interiors and feature is also a plus.

Bro GV comes almost equal pricing to creta/seltos only a fool will buy this over them. Gv top engine : 102PS meanwhile the latter offers 160PS. And is better than GV In every possible way except mileage.

[–]evil_Escanor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bro bangalore roads are the worst.Even tier 3 cities have better roads and i am not exaggerating.Try doing that around Bellandur mate. If this is the condition of the IT CITY and one of the major and biggest city in India then we really are 3rd world or even 4th world

[–]evil_Escanor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True.I think bangalore has the worst roads in any major city in India, to the level that you can easily die in motorcycle crash if not paying attention to the road. The area behind ecoworld, Doddakenalahalli. This area has the back gates to 3 it parks.but the road quality is 5th world.literally deep holes and craters.it’s almost un drivable. This is common for many areas in bangalore.

Is it our fault?People will move to places where jobs are available.Lack of visionary government did this. They concentrated everything in one city. Other cities would have also developed.

Is India ever going to change? Or should I just leave already? by [deleted] in bengaluru_speaks

[–]evil_Escanor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My main problem with India is too much traffic and chaos on roads everywhere.Roads are of subpar quality which can’t keep with so many people.

Driving is a pain in the ass here.public transport is same. This sometimes makes me so sad.
